We are proud to promote products made from 100% Hawaiʻi Island grown cacao!

Local producers showcased their Hawaiʻi Island grown cacao and chocolate on May 10, 2025 when 17 cacao farmers and chocolate makers provided more than 25,000 free samples to the East Hawaii Community. Cacao beans, nibs, bonbons and bars were sold and, if not eaten right away, many of these scrumptious items made their way to mothers across our island for Mother's Day.

Festival participants voted for their favorite chocolate in three categories: dark chocolate, milk chocolate and chocolate with inclusions (added flavors, nuts, nibs, fruit, etc.). The East Hawaii Cacao Association congratulates the People's Choice favorites at this year's festival. Thank you to all who participated in the 2025 Festival!
